When The Going Gets Tough, Only The Tough Gets Going

A Photo I made by myself using Anime FaceMaker of DeviantArt.
When things go the way we want it to be, we strive harder and try to make things better. When the reality is too hard to face, people tend to step down. But in this saying "When The Going Gets Tough, Only The Tough Gets Going", the more pain and hardship that comes in the way, strong-willed people try to overcome obstacles and trials that will help them step up from what they have already achieved.

A Pain in the Neck!

I'm really disappointed because I wasn't able to attend our Math Fest. Monday afternoon, I already started complaining about a sudden pain in the neck. The that night, I suddenly woke up and can hardly breathe because my throat was swollen. So, I asked my mother if I can be excused the next day because I was really in pain. My mom agreed and delivered the letter the next day.

I was too sick to even boot up the PC. I just took something to eat and turned on the television. I watched some cartoons and anime. When I got some energy, I turned on the DVD and watched some of my favorites when I was a kid. I watched Poke'mon Orange League Journey and Poke'mon Advance Battle. I was really happy though I'm sick. After some time, I took my temperature and it appears that I have a fever cause by my tonsillitis. I just stayed on the bed the whole day. I took a bath at about 6:00 PM. Since it was the only time that my temperature lowered. After taking a bath, I took a rest, then later on became ready for supper. My mom and I watched some movies and later on turned in for the night.

The Nymph's Suitor

(A letter from the Nymph's suitor)

Dear my love,

I serve my heart to thee if will be given a chance. I shall make you happy and give all the joy a woman can have. I may not be able to give you a real paradise, but I will give you a home that you will love. A nice room like those of nobles and a kitchen that is filled with food as if there's a banquet, a living room with a wonderful Victorian style as candelabras are lit shimmering, fitted for a wonderful lady. And we will sit together every afternoon watching the wonderful sunset by the window. I may not be able to give the real sound of the forest, but I shall play my guitar for thee and let you hear a  sweet melody. As I play the guitar, I'll give you freshly picked flowers from my beautiful garden and say "Here's for my lady".I shall use my skills in sculpture and sculpt something special for you. Since roses won't be forever fresh, no more can I make a bed of roses. Since I can't keep fragrances last forever it won't happen ever. But since I'll always be here for you, I'll always make your day something better than all riches. I'll serve you everyday. I'll cook some nice food for you as you eat them happily. I'll take you to places that are better than seeing plenty of roses. I will give you all care and comfort. I'll hold you warmer than any man ever did. I'll keep you warm in stormy nights and share with you a thick and warm blanket that I own. If you will decide and agree to marry me, then I shall search for the best ring for the most beautiful bride above all. I may not be able to give you such expensive ring, but this love is one that came from the bottom of my heart. I'll love you for all eternity. I'll endure any triumph and challenge just for thee. I hope this touches the heart of my beloved.

love,
Crimson

The Last Stand

I didn't join our field trip since it's my mom's birthday on Nov. 11. I was a little disappointed when they announced that those who will not join the trip will have to attend classes. Even though it was my mom's birthday, I still attended classes since it can't be helped.

I was the first one to arrive in our year level. I waited for a while until my classmate, Jervie arrived. We asked each other about who'll join us, who'll teach us or what time will we finish the activities. They said it was regular classes so I expected that many student will still go to school. A little while passed by and our classmate, Norbert also arrived. We strolled around the school since the only teacher of the juniors available is Ma'am Jenny (our teacher in Physics). When I went back upstairs, Jervie and Norbert called me. They said our teacher needs us to do something in the Physics lab. I hurried down and walked with them.

We moved some tables and chairs in the Physics lab. After that, we spent a lot of time moving a long shelf together with Ma'am Jenny. I even got some green paint on my hand. I was kind of glad that it was on my hand instead of my G.S.P. uniform, though. After helping ma'am Jenny clean, we sat in front of the Physics lab. The two asked me what time is it then I answered, "It's passed 8 already!". The three of us were complaining since the other five students did not go to school. We just decided to walk around the gymnasium. We stood onstage and talked about some things. Just a few seconds, Norbert disappeared. Jervie and I looked all over for him. Jervie found him by the compost pit, hiding. We all laughed at Norbert's hiding skills. After some chitchats, Norbert disappeared again! It took us some time to find him. We weren't able to find him in the area so Jervie and I went back to Maliksi Building. We hurried upstairs and tried to look around for Norbert. We found him at last! He was in the freshmen building. The three of us laughed and went back to our room.

We all decided to start our seat works. The III-N room was locked, so we can't enter and get the notebooks we're supposed to check. But then, I'm glad about it because it's only the three of us to check the quiz and exercise notebooks of four sections! We told Ma'am Jenny about it and she texted Ma'am Arceo. Since Ma'am Arceo didn't reply at once, Ma'am Jenny just gave us our seat work in Anal. Geom. because there were no other seat works left by our subject teachers. A few minutes later, we heard ma'am Jenny calling us. She asked us if we'd like to go with her to 7 eleven. We joined her and bought some food. While walking, the three of us still tried to solve the problems in Anal. Geom. We stopped for a while when I bought some gift's for my mom. After that, we returned to the school and back to our tasks. While working on Anal. Geom., we were given a new seat work in Math. We worked on the seat works as quickly as we could so that we can ask ma'am Jenny if we can leave early since there are no other seat works left. We all enjoyed solving because Norbert was singing some funny songs during that time. Jervie and I also sang just for fun. After we passed the papers, we asked ma'am Jenny of we could go. I answered yes. We all walked out of the school. I saw my mom waiting for me. She was glad that we could celebrate her birthday together. The four of us even rode the same bus. My mom paid for the two boys since they were very nice to me. The two jumped off to their homes and my mom and I went to Puregold,.Tanza to get something to eat. We went home afterwards.

Unfortunately, last Monday we (Jervie, Norbert and I) were confronted by some teachers and they said that we cut classes. We explained that it was unintentional because we didn't even know that ma'am Jenny meant that we should go back to school after lunch. We misinterpreted what she said because we were informed that we don't have any seat works left that's why we didn't come back. The issue was ended after some words from some of our teachers. However, the rumors still reached the ears of our  schoolmates so, some are still asking us about it.

To Make You Proud of Me!

How can I start a Monday without you here?
Am I too late? Has the flag began to be raised?
This calls for some words, I never get to go away
What will I do? You know I'm dead for sure without you
How can I push this through?

If my grades could make you proud of me,
If only this laziness could go away
What I would do, what I would give if you've
rewarded me, someday, somehow, someway
If my grades could make you proud of me...

I'll not open my facebook, if you'll let me research again
Studies emotions will touch your heart, I know they can
Just pens will guide you and your mind to write my scores
Soon you'll be gifted with my honor for all

Look in my notes and you'll see
A million pens may have died
and still I will buy

If only my grades could make
you proud of me
If only my laziness would go away
What I would do, what I would give if you've
rewarded me, someday, somehow, someway
If my grades could make you proud of me...

I'll go onstage and shout the words
I only whisper before.
For one more chance,
For one last test, I'll study 'til dawn

If only my grades could make
you proud of me
If only my laziness would go away
What I would do, what I would give if you've
rewarded me, someday, somehow, someway
If my grades could make you proud of me...

> This song I made is for my teachers. Since they always give a lot of their time to teach students like me. I'd like to make them proud someday. For me, they aren't only people whom we learn from everyday but also our heroes that save us from falling into the wrong path and onto the road of success.

I'm in for a Treat

This day we had our National Career Assessment Examination or NCAE. I got included in the second batch since there was some sort of lack in questionnaires. I arrived at school before 12 noon together with my classmate Darlene. We're still on our way in when we met up with Ainah. She was informed that the examination may start maybe 1:00 PM or even 2:00. Since she was given that information, she asked me and Darlene if we could go with her to PUP to attend a bible study. At that time, I shrugged my shoulders because I haven't even seen an actual bible study before nor even attended once. Darlene also wasn't very sure if she'd like to go. Just when we were talking at the gate, Thea arrived. Ainah also invited Thea to go with us. In the end, all agreed to go after Thea had put her things down. I wasn't very sure of my decision to go so I just stood at their back as they began to walk. Ainah indeed wanted me to come. I just thought since she knew many things about my life. I've got no other choice but to go since she's my friend. When we arrived at the place, the event was already over. Some people there told us that maybe we can stop by some other time.

After that, we went straight back to school. Ainah and I decided to stay at the staircase of the building to wait for the start of examinations. We talked a while and I told her some of the things I'm currently in for. And so she just told me to go for it, buy some time and take the opportunity. I thought about those stuff even during the time of the exam, good thing that it didn't distract me too much. We managed to finish the examination at a very short period of time, so we were dismissed early. My mom wasn't there yet when I went out, because I told her that it would have been until six. Ainah went on ahead to stroll around town, so I was left alone to wait for my mom. It's almost dark and my mom wasn't there yet. Luckily for me, nurse Tin offered me her phone so that I could call my mom. She immediately answered and later on picked me up. But that wasn't the end of my awesome day.

My mom and I went to Jollibee in Tanza for a family dinner as celebration of my grandfather's (father's side) birthday. That event was quite an unusual event for me. Some of the people there were all part of my past that came back to me. I haven't seen some of them for a few years since then. I even saw and met some of my cousins, aunts, uncles and even my stepbrothers and stepsisters. Well, as we all know, some things must just be put behind in our past. So honestly, I did enjoy that night.

A Wonderful Creation of God

I am a Sakura Tree, born in the Land of the Rising Sun.
A land also known as Japan. I do not produce fruits.
When I'm already blooming, the people I love would be picnicking under my shade. It was my cherry blossoms the people admired at the beginning. When I was first born in this world, I served only royalty. I am only to mingle within the imperial estate. Until the time finally came when someone rescued me and widespread my beauty in the outside world. Under my pink cherry blossoms, there were feasts and many other celebrations. People knew how good I am to this world, they also had festivals praising my presence in their land.

I have represented the Japanese power and courage over times. My cherry blossoms motivate warriors in pursuing their goal and shall bring out the true Japanese Spirit within them. Those who sacrificed their lives for the love of their country were referred to have bloomed as flowers of death. My face would be painted on the side of a bomber symbolizing the intensity and ephemeral life. When you touch or hurt my precious loved ones, then I shall become a wild cherry blossom that all their foes would despise. People believe that the souls of fierce soldiers were reincarnated as a part of my beauty as my cherry blossoms.

Ready, Set and Ready to Go

Last Thursday, our classes were suspended so that we can prepare and practice for the upcoming school intramural. All the students were very happy and some shouted with joy including me. That day, students and teachers started preparing the game venues and the needed equipment.   The student body was divided into four teams in accordance to year level and named after the brand of some famous luxury cars. The freshmen were Green Chevrolet , sophomores were Yellow Lamborghini, us juniors were Red Ferrari and the seniors were the Blue Porsche.

We had many sports to choose from during the organization of players. I chose to be the player of discuss throw since I also joined the competition last year and ranked second among four. During the day of practice all the players of the main games started going excited and busy for practice. I looked around at the gymnasium but didn't see any player of the throwing events, so I decided to hang around the school campus. After a while, I saw the junior's representative for javelin throw, practicing. I hurriedly went to Sir Tom and borrowed the discuss. The first few trials weren't that good but I soon became used in throwing and became awesomely good at it.

During Friday, I ate egg for breakfast to give me all the energy I need for the day. I was very nervous as we began the opening ceremony and some speeches from Mrs. de Vera were heard all over the place. The time finally came for the throwing event to start. I tried to gather confidence in my mind, and thought that I'm doing all this for my classmates and some friends. I also thought about Mavi and Ainah's morning dance for me with a little laughter. So then when I threw the discuss with my might and my heart, I felt more energy rose from within me and I managed to throw it very far compared to others. I was so anxious to know who will be the champion. I went upstairs to rest a bit. It wasn't very long when Kenneth arrived and told me that it was just announced that I became the champion in discuss throw. I was very happy that I told my mom about it. She became delighted as well and told me that she'll let me treat my classmates some snacks. I did and started running around with some food I bought at the cafeteria, and gave some to my classmates. When I got tired, I went to the staircase of the Maliksi bldg. to pause for a while. When I sat there, Mavi wasn't very far from where I am. She started asking me things like "You miss Ainah don't you?" then I also became curious about her whereabouts. After some time, Ainah went back to our classroom to get something then Mavi started joking around and said "Hey Ainah! Fatima misses you". I blurted out words of denial shrugging my shoulders a bit, when Ainah hugged me from behind. I kept on squirming around, but deep inside I wanted to thank the two of them for some laughter they have given to me. Well, that amazing day left me with a huge smile on my face.

Saturday wasn't as exciting as Friday for me since my game was already over. I became bored because many of my classmates are too busy to hangout with, so I tried to loiter around the campus. I was also upset because my cell phone started having this weird behavior that may cause it to crash. I ate and played with my gameboy DS and same old things that can amuse me. I tried to walk around and mess around with Mavi a bit. I paused for a long time then set out for the girl's basketball to watch them play. My mom arrived in the afternoon and she also watched the game. The game and the awarding isn't over yet because of a heavy rain during the afternoon.

One of the Best

Sonnet 116
by William Shakespeare

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering dark,
Whose worth’s unknown, although his height be taken
Love’s not Time’s fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle’s compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

A. 3 things that love is not according to Sonnet 116.

> Love cannot be measured
> Love is something that's worth everything
> Love is something that you will never regret even if you risk your life for it

B. Things that love is according to Sonnet 116

> Love is not love
> It alters when its alteration finds
> Bends with the remover to remove
> Looks on tempests and is never shaken
> It is the star to every wandering dark
> Its worth is unknown
> Its height can be taken
> It's not time's fool

The image of the star in lines 7 to 8 means that love helps us find our way through hardships and some obstacles in our lives. Love prevents us from falling into the wrong path of living.

I agree to some of the speaker's interpretation of love in some ways. I agreed when he said that it is the star to every wandering dark, because for me it is true. I some of his interpretations, I don't really agree. Like when he said that love's height can be measured. I don't agree to it. Love is something that one cannot measure. I this has an end, therefore it's not love.

A Slice of Life

Student: Ma'am, I have a problem inside me that I think will be best if I share to you.

Teacher: Sure why not. I am always here to make sure that my students are in the right path of life.

Student: Thank you ma'am. Then I guess I wont have any problems in opening up.

*The teacher smiled*

Student: Well, ever since I was a little kid I never really had a best friend. I do have friends, but none of them seem to touch my inner heart and my soul. I have been thinking about it for quite a while. I thought that maybe I'm doing something wrong. There was once a time when I really tried hard on changing myself because other people told me to do so. I changed a bit, or so I thought. Some people hate me, some don't seem to care on how much I'm trying to change myself. Of course they really shouldn't expect too much from me. I mean, who could really change her whole self just for others ? After all we're just humans and we should live according to how we face life and how we react to everyone. I was always wishing for someone who could really understand me. But until now, I'm still waiting for that person to come.

Teacher: Listen, I'll give you an advise but its up to you if you will keep it in mind. You are right that people should like us for who we are and not just our changed selves. But you should always remember that people change for the ones they love, not just because they were asked to do so but rather to make their family and friends happy. We are happy when the people we love are happy right ?

Student: Yes, I think so.

Teacher: Then that only proves that changing is not that bad, especially if its for the best. Don't always look on who you are, why not try to look for who you can become ?

Student: Awesome! You are totally right ma'am. It was really a great idea to share my problem to you.

*The student's face brightened*

"Dad My Modern Day Hero"

You have supported me many times already
Now, my smile is here and occurring with a grin
For you have proven me a child sweet and mighty
You loved me and believed in me on what I've got

Sometimes I can't help but wonder how it would be
If you didn't go and you were here beside me
I might have been stronger than what I have become
I might have had the true courage to achieve more

Love brought us together and time took you from me
I have tried tracing the path you left behind
But still seemed to lose my direction towards you
I'll still wait for my hero to come back to me

Do You Hear that?

Music is something that entertains most of us. For some people, music helps them concentrate better or work better. In some cases, music can even heal wounds that cannot be healed by doctors. These wounds are those mental and emotional ones. We all know that music is the element of almost anything, birthdays, Christmas, new year celebrations, weddings and other events. We can say that a person is alive when we hear his heart beating. And we will be aware that there's a storm once we hear thunder.

Well, for me music is not just something we hear, but rather, something we feel. Music is not just for the ear, but for our minds and hearts. There was once a time, when I felt so alone. No one was there to talk to me nor listen. I just took out my phone from my pocket then played a sweet music. That time, I felt relieved. It's as if someone caught me when I was about to fall. That music served as my inspiration that time. There was also a time when I've seen myself as a LOSER. I felt bad and angry about everything that happened to me and almost gave up that time, when I heard a music saying...

Here I go , Its time to show ,I'm not a loser
All those careless little things you said
were like monsters in my head
With all the words I heard you said
I would've turned and walked the other way
But I stuck around, I'll never never quit
'Cuz I can do it
I'll never ever quit 'cuz I can do it!

After that, I had the guts to stand up once again. I had the courage to face my fears, and wipe away my tears.
All the things that happened in the past, I decided to put them all behind me. I decided to live my life free from such worries that really bugged me. I showed other people what I'm made of and how I make things go the way I want it.

Music played a really important role in my life. Actually, it changed me a lot, from what I was before. It really made my heart warm. It made me open my eyes to reality and not just a mere fantasy that is being made up by my mind. Well, I've also believed that it doesn't matter whether you literally understand the music or not. What's important is that you can really feel it entering your mind and dominating your heart. Once you let music enter your heart, you will understand everything there is to know, like the meaning of the song and its purpose to serve.

Now, I can say that I really do believe that music is my life. If it weren't for music, maybe I wont be here now to publish this entry and talk to everyone.

Moving of Opening of Classes

For me, it would be better if classes were to start in September. The reason is that its very sunny in September. It is very easy for students to go to school because they wont be needing any umbrellas or jackets. Students who are using the public vehicles will not find difficulty like in waiting for buses to stop while standing under the rain. Of course, they're uniforms will not be wet anymore.

Another advantage is for the parents. During this month, its not very difficult to earn money and there are very few expenses compared to rainy seasons. Because during rainy seasons, parents often spend money on house repairs for damages caused by typhoons and storms.  And in some cases, a student's allowance is reduced due to small income. Unlike during sunny season, its very easy to earn money because people are not worrying about seasonal calamities.

We all know that whenever there are storms or typhoons, classes are often suspended. These suspensions are causing disturbance of classes. The number of school days will be incomplete, so some schools will be having Saturday classes which are totally tiring and at the same time burden for the students, parents and also, for the teachers. It will also be a tough job to dry uniforms for school, especially for people who don't have dryers.

That's why for me, classes in the Philippines should really start on September. ^_^

Astronomy Day

This morning, I woke up early to go to school. I am so excited because I'm sure that we'll be having fun since its Astronomy Day. I attended school wearing my P.E. uniform and it felt awesome! I even wore my favorite watch that day. When we're all in the the classroom, we talked about things that we are expecting to happen since we are included in batch no. 2. After lunch time, we proceeded to the first destination which it the Film Viewing.

Me and my friends with Mr. Telescope.
In the video, they showed us first, the people who actually contributed in making the telescope, and people who improved it. I even learned that Galileo Galilei wasn't the first person to make a telescope, instead it was Hans Lippershey. They also showed us some of the heavenly bodies we already know. They gave us information about the new telescopes and sky labs. Our next stop was the Exhibit. They showed us many different photos in outer space taken by NASA. After that they thought us the terms used for some space rocks then showed us some samples. They allowed us the touch and hold the sample meteorites there. After holding the meteorites, my friends and I decided to take some pictures.

Our last destination was the space dome, which is a mobile planetarium. Actually, I took us some time before we could enter the space dome, because of the rain. When we entered, students were really hyper because of the place. For me, I wasn't really surprised nor fascinated by the space dome, because I've been to a real planetarium during our field trip in elementary. It is so much different from the space dome, because the real planetarium was gigantic! and the images were like that of the real ones. But I was just surprised to know that there is actually a mobile planetarium.

If I could be someone else, I'd be...

If I could be someone else, I'd be Light Yagami of Death Note.He is a very intelligent student and he always gets high grades for his parents. Light is a person whose been dreaming of punishing sinful people. He wants to rid the world of evil and only the righteous people shall live.

He starts college, taking law. He is very nice. But he noticed that the world is slowly being filled with sin and crime, and its time for a change. He founds Death Note, a notebook owned by a Shinigami (Death God). He then, uses this notebook to punish sinful people. Many criminals from different places mysteriously die of heart paralysis. He continues this work and managed to decrease the crime rates.

Though Light has great intentions, this slowly turned out as chaos. By acting as a God, he himself has become the criminal. To kill people, all he needs is a name and a face. So the way he dies wasn't Godly at all.

Light (Left)  and   L (right)

As the story goes, Light has his good side like other people. If I could become someone else, I'd really like to have his good qualities like being righteous, intelligent and good-looking as well. And also, like him, I would do anything to achieve my goal in life.

A Poem of Prepositions

"Beyond Under"

About failing from beyond
To across above below
Under since in beneath
However, from below to above

As far towards underneath
Throughout upon without
Apart from within behind
 As well as vice alongside

Regardless of than
Excluding past aside
As absent by between
Towards under to without

"Thats all folks! Until next time!!!"

My Interests

Well its kind of a long story. I'm an "Otaku" , and I really love Anime.
When I was a kid, the first anime that I watched were Voltes 5 and Tosho Daimos. Back then my interest in anime and cartoons are almost the same and just ordinary. During 6th  grade, I finally understood the difference between anime and cartoons. Anime are Japanese cartoons. After realizing that, my curiosity about it became deeper than usual.

Fushigi Yuugi
After some time channel 5 finally became "TV 5". I was always hearing my classmates talking about some good shows there, so I tried to watch'em. At last! They showed "TV 5 Animega" which is a group of anime shown in TV 5. It was my first time to see it. I watched Fushigi Yuugi, and I liked it. After that, I've always loved watching anime, I found it lame to watch other shows. As I watch other new anime my knowledge about them became wider. I started buying CD's and Manga after some time. I also wore anime costume when I was a sophomore.

Death Note
Soon, I discovered more and more anime after another. I really feel bad when I don't get to finish an anime series. I watch different anime for every genre. There's action, horror, suspense, comedy, romance and others. I watched anime like Vampire Knight, Death Note and Tokko. Of course there was also a time when I spent all of my money to buy anime figures. I really love anime. Anime is like actually my life. I became inspired when I focused myself on it. Anime can even help me in my studies. Like how the character acts and thinks in a story, can be useful in my daily life. Some can also be applied in some of my subjects. It's true that some students become distracted because of anime. But time will surely come that they can really earn something from it. Not material things, but rather, things to keep in mind and heart. For me, anime are like friends. They keep you company and sure to make you feel good when you're down.

Himeji jo castle
My other interest is studying about the country of Japan. Since I really love anime, it' not surprising for me to love Japan. I already studied the history of Japan. It became really useful for my subject "Social Studies". I achieved a really good grade when our topic was about Japan.

I studied the Japanese Culture and their traditions. I apply some of the things they do in my daily life. It's very helpful as disciplinary measures for me. As I study about Japan, I also started studying Japanese language. I can already speak some Japanese words.

My dream, is to be able to go to Japan someday. I want to meet many Japanese friends and know more about them. Sigh... since I'm just a student, so I promise to study hard, then when I finally get a good job, I shall fulfill my dream of going to Japan.

My Role in Building a Solid Family

In a solid family, no one is ever left behind.
I really do believe that there will be never be a perfect family in this world. For one reason, we are ALL humans., and we are not perfect we do commit mistakes at times. Truth is, I don't really measure a family's strength by looking at its members whether they're complete or not. What's important is the love a family shares within a home.

In our family, unlike other kids, I have a voice in the house. My parents listen to me and often take my advises. My parents seldom ignore me because they know what I'm capable of, I can really strengthen our family if I want to. My role in building a solid family is of course, being the daughter of my beloved parents. Being a daughter doesn't only mean that, you live with them, eat with them, or obey them. Being a daughter means taking a great responsibility and receiving a noble prize at the same time. While I'm still young, my parents take care of me, so when I grow up I'll also take good care of them.

Right now, my family is still facing a serious problem. So it is up to me, to make sure that this "problem" will never tear my family apart.

IT IS MY PROMISE TO BECOME THE DAUGHTER, THAT MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN DREAMING OF.

Father's Day

Father's day is an occasion wherein we give our time to our Dads. For me, it's a little different because my Dad is not around. I'll just text him and say "Happy Father's Day!" and pop in an extra gift and send it to him. It's a little sad because its been seven years since we last celebrated Father's day with my Dad. I remember when I was a kid, we used to go to malls, zoos and restaurants. Back then, instead of me giving a gift to my Dad, he gives me a gift whenever we go out together. My Dad is really cool, unlike other dads, he's funny, he plays with me, and we even play some jokes at times.

I'll just say my prayers for my Dad, and hope that we can celebrate Father's Day together again someday...

This is my Dad :

>He silently worries for his family

>Wakes up early to go to work

>He always waits for the right time to say things (including the right time to scold me XD)

>Helping a child learn to ride her new bike.., supporting her back when she'd fall saying, "Don't quit, my little girl" - and smiling for her successful attempt

It is very difficult to find a way to say "Thank you for everything, Dad!" But for all the happy and warm moments he shared with us and for all the hardships he experienced ...

I JUST LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND HE'S TOTALLY THE BEST DAD FOR ME!!!

The first week of CLASS ;)

Last Sunday , I was really nervous and I didn't want classes to start just yet. I thought, I was going to be like a lonely bird in a cage, sad and all alone. Then finally., Monday!!! New classmates, new teachers, new subjects.., NEW LIFE!

Monday is just a simple day. We had exams, introductions to our subjects and met new people. On Tuesday morning, we had exams then classes in the afternoon. I tried to answer questions given by our teachers with the best I can. And I really enjoyed the group work in MA, because I had the chance to show myself to the class. I discussed things in front of the class in a funny manner. I don't care even if my classmates were laughing at me, because I love to make people happy with my own ways.

Even though the new environment seemed interesting to me, still, the first to days became boring and lifeless for me because I don't have CLOSE friends to hangout with. On Wednesday, I really had enough of the boring encounters. I started making "EPAL" to some of my classmates. I started out with good morning's and hi's. Then I make "KULET" of Zyrah everytime I see her alone. On that day, a heavy rain disturbed the resting roofs of CavSci. Path ways were all wet and all students have to use an umbrella. I saw a group of girls talking to each other, and they seemed happy. I crept closer to get a better view of things, until I reached Elyanna's side. I tried to laugh and smile with'em little by little. After that, I tried to say some words.

Yesterday (Thursday), I became a little closer to Elyanna, Menggay, Twinkle and Zyrah. We went to the cafeteria and TRC (our assigned CR) together. I'm really happy when I spend time with them. Today, I had lunch with Elyanna and Zyrah. The food was really good, I love it! We finished eating at an early time, so we decided to go for a walk. After some time, we headed back to school. Classes resumed and we also had fun with our teachers in some subjects.

After the flag retreat, I also had a little chat with Ani and my Abby-senpai!!!
When I arrived home and opened my facebook account, I had a little chit chat with Elyanna and she told me that I'm now her BFF!  ^_^

"That's all folks! Hoping for another exciting week!"

First day of class!

Today, I left my house early for school.
I was the first one to arrive in our classroom, so I was really nervous.
I went to the cafeteria to pay for my lunch. When I was looking around, I saw my teacher in Filipino,
who asked us to wash some of the curtains in TRC. I ran back to our room and grabbed the curtains she asked us to wash, then I returned it to her with a smile. A few minutes later, other students started arriving. The officers called the students for flag ceremony. After that, I thought it was torture chamber for sure but to my surprise, class was really cool! Yeah.., the day flowed smoothly for me. Even without a close friend, I still came through. I love the group work in MA!!! Awesome!!!
