A Wonderful Creation of God

I am a Sakura Tree, born in the Land of the Rising Sun.
A land also known as Japan. I do not produce fruits.
When I'm already blooming, the people I love would be picnicking under my shade. It was my cherry blossoms the people admired at the beginning. When I was first born in this world, I served only royalty. I am only to mingle within the imperial estate. Until the time finally came when someone rescued me and widespread my beauty in the outside world. Under my pink cherry blossoms, there were feasts and many other celebrations. People knew how good I am to this world, they also had festivals praising my presence in their land.

I have represented the Japanese power and courage over times. My cherry blossoms motivate warriors in pursuing their goal and shall bring out the true Japanese Spirit within them. Those who sacrificed their lives for the love of their country were referred to have bloomed as flowers of death. My face would be painted on the side of a bomber symbolizing the intensity and ephemeral life. When you touch or hurt my precious loved ones, then I shall become a wild cherry blossom that all their foes would despise. People believe that the souls of fierce soldiers were reincarnated as a part of my beauty as my cherry blossoms.

My Interests

Well its kind of a long story. I'm an "Otaku" , and I really love Anime.
When I was a kid, the first anime that I watched were Voltes 5 and Tosho Daimos. Back then my interest in anime and cartoons are almost the same and just ordinary. During 6th  grade, I finally understood the difference between anime and cartoons. Anime are Japanese cartoons. After realizing that, my curiosity about it became deeper than usual.

Fushigi Yuugi
After some time channel 5 finally became "TV 5". I was always hearing my classmates talking about some good shows there, so I tried to watch'em. At last! They showed "TV 5 Animega" which is a group of anime shown in TV 5. It was my first time to see it. I watched Fushigi Yuugi, and I liked it. After that, I've always loved watching anime, I found it lame to watch other shows. As I watch other new anime my knowledge about them became wider. I started buying CD's and Manga after some time. I also wore anime costume when I was a sophomore.

Death Note
Soon, I discovered more and more anime after another. I really feel bad when I don't get to finish an anime series. I watch different anime for every genre. There's action, horror, suspense, comedy, romance and others. I watched anime like Vampire Knight, Death Note and Tokko. Of course there was also a time when I spent all of my money to buy anime figures. I really love anime. Anime is like actually my life. I became inspired when I focused myself on it. Anime can even help me in my studies. Like how the character acts and thinks in a story, can be useful in my daily life. Some can also be applied in some of my subjects. It's true that some students become distracted because of anime. But time will surely come that they can really earn something from it. Not material things, but rather, things to keep in mind and heart. For me, anime are like friends. They keep you company and sure to make you feel good when you're down.

My other interest is studying about the country of Japan. Since I really love anime, it' not surprising for me to love Japan. I already studied the history of Japan. It became really useful for my subject "Social Studies". I achieved a really good grade when our topic was about Japan.

I studied the Japanese Culture and their traditions. I apply some of the things they do in my daily life. It's very helpful as disciplinary measures for me. As I study about Japan, I also started studying Japanese language. I can already speak some Japanese words.

My dream, is to be able to go to Japan someday. I want to meet many Japanese friends and know more about them. Sigh... since I'm just a student, so I promise to study hard, then when I finally get a good job, I shall fulfill my dream of going to Japan.

"That's all folks! Until next time!"
