Moving of Opening of Classes

For me, it would be better if classes were to start in September. The reason is that its very sunny in September. It is very easy for students to go to school because they wont be needing any umbrellas or jackets. Students who are using the public vehicles will not find difficulty like in waiting for buses to stop while standing under the rain. Of course, they're uniforms will not be wet anymore.

Another advantage is for the parents. During this month, its not very difficult to earn money and there are very few expenses compared to rainy seasons. Because during rainy seasons, parents often spend money on house repairs for damages caused by typhoons and storms.  And in some cases, a student's allowance is reduced due to small income. Unlike during sunny season, its very easy to earn money because people are not worrying about seasonal calamities.

We all know that whenever there are storms or typhoons, classes are often suspended. These suspensions are causing disturbance of classes. The number of school days will be incomplete, so some schools will be having Saturday classes which are totally tiring and at the same time burden for the students, parents and also, for the teachers. It will also be a tough job to dry uniforms for school, especially for people who don't have dryers.

That's why for me, classes in the Philippines should really start on September. ^_^

Astronomy Day

This morning, I woke up early to go to school. I am so excited because I'm sure that we'll be having fun since its Astronomy Day. I attended school wearing my P.E. uniform and it felt awesome! I even wore my favorite watch that day. When we're all in the the classroom, we talked about things that we are expecting to happen since we are included in batch no. 2. After lunch time, we proceeded to the first destination which it the Film Viewing.

Me and my friends with Mr. Telescope.
In the video, they showed us first, the people who actually contributed in making the telescope, and people who improved it. I even learned that Galileo Galilei wasn't the first person to make a telescope, instead it was Hans Lippershey. They also showed us some of the heavenly bodies we already know. They gave us information about the new telescopes and sky labs. Our next stop was the Exhibit. They showed us many different photos in outer space taken by NASA. After that they thought us the terms used for some space rocks then showed us some samples. They allowed us the touch and hold the sample meteorites there. After holding the meteorites, my friends and I decided to take some pictures.

Our last destination was the space dome, which is a mobile planetarium. Actually, I took us some time before we could enter the space dome, because of the rain. When we entered, students were really hyper because of the place. For me, I wasn't really surprised nor fascinated by the space dome, because I've been to a real planetarium during our field trip in elementary. It is so much different from the space dome, because the real planetarium was gigantic! and the images were like that of the real ones. But I was just surprised to know that there is actually a mobile planetarium.

If I could be someone else, I'd be...

If I could be someone else, I'd be Light Yagami of Death Note.He is a very intelligent student and he always gets high grades for his parents. Light is a person whose been dreaming of punishing sinful people. He wants to rid the world of evil and only the righteous people shall live.

He starts college, taking law. He is very nice. But he noticed that the world is slowly being filled with sin and crime, and its time for a change. He founds Death Note, a notebook owned by a Shinigami (Death God). He then, uses this notebook to punish sinful people. Many criminals from different places mysteriously die of heart paralysis. He continues this work and managed to decrease the crime rates.

Though Light has great intentions, this slowly turned out as chaos. By acting as a God, he himself has become the criminal. To kill people, all he needs is a name and a face. So the way he dies wasn't Godly at all.

Light (Left)  and   L (right)

As the story goes, Light has his good side like other people. If I could become someone else, I'd really like to have his good qualities like being righteous, intelligent and good-looking as well. And also, like him, I would do anything to achieve my goal in life.

A Poem of Prepositions

"Beyond Under"

About failing from beyond
To across above below
Under since in beneath
However, from below to above

As far towards underneath
Throughout upon without
Apart from within behind
 As well as vice alongside

Regardless of than
Excluding past aside
As absent by between
Towards under to without

"Thats all folks! Until next time!!!"

My Interests

Well its kind of a long story. I'm an "Otaku" , and I really love Anime.
When I was a kid, the first anime that I watched were Voltes 5 and Tosho Daimos. Back then my interest in anime and cartoons are almost the same and just ordinary. During 6th  grade, I finally understood the difference between anime and cartoons. Anime are Japanese cartoons. After realizing that, my curiosity about it became deeper than usual.

Fushigi Yuugi
After some time channel 5 finally became "TV 5". I was always hearing my classmates talking about some good shows there, so I tried to watch'em. At last! They showed "TV 5 Animega" which is a group of anime shown in TV 5. It was my first time to see it. I watched Fushigi Yuugi, and I liked it. After that, I've always loved watching anime, I found it lame to watch other shows. As I watch other new anime my knowledge about them became wider. I started buying CD's and Manga after some time. I also wore anime costume when I was a sophomore.

Death Note
Soon, I discovered more and more anime after another. I really feel bad when I don't get to finish an anime series. I watch different anime for every genre. There's action, horror, suspense, comedy, romance and others. I watched anime like Vampire Knight, Death Note and Tokko. Of course there was also a time when I spent all of my money to buy anime figures. I really love anime. Anime is like actually my life. I became inspired when I focused myself on it. Anime can even help me in my studies. Like how the character acts and thinks in a story, can be useful in my daily life. Some can also be applied in some of my subjects. It's true that some students become distracted because of anime. But time will surely come that they can really earn something from it. Not material things, but rather, things to keep in mind and heart. For me, anime are like friends. They keep you company and sure to make you feel good when you're down.

Himeji jo castle
My other interest is studying about the country of Japan. Since I really love anime, it' not surprising for me to love Japan. I already studied the history of Japan. It became really useful for my subject "Social Studies". I achieved a really good grade when our topic was about Japan.

I studied the Japanese Culture and their traditions. I apply some of the things they do in my daily life. It's very helpful as disciplinary measures for me. As I study about Japan, I also started studying Japanese language. I can already speak some Japanese words.

My dream, is to be able to go to Japan someday. I want to meet many Japanese friends and know more about them. Sigh... since I'm just a student, so I promise to study hard, then when I finally get a good job, I shall fulfill my dream of going to Japan.
