Moving of Opening of Classes

For me, it would be better if classes were to start in September. The reason is that its very sunny in September. It is very easy for students to go to school because they wont be needing any umbrellas or jackets. Students who are using the public vehicles will not find difficulty like in waiting for buses to stop while standing under the rain. Of course, they're uniforms will not be wet anymore.

Another advantage is for the parents. During this month, its not very difficult to earn money and there are very few expenses compared to rainy seasons. Because during rainy seasons, parents often spend money on house repairs for damages caused by typhoons and storms.  And in some cases, a student's allowance is reduced due to small income. Unlike during sunny season, its very easy to earn money because people are not worrying about seasonal calamities.

We all know that whenever there are storms or typhoons, classes are often suspended. These suspensions are causing disturbance of classes. The number of school days will be incomplete, so some schools will be having Saturday classes which are totally tiring and at the same time burden for the students, parents and also, for the teachers. It will also be a tough job to dry uniforms for school, especially for people who don't have dryers.

That's why for me, classes in the Philippines should really start on September. ^_^
